The wifi was reliable, if slow. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
Not in a great location. Drive entry is difficult to find and has a dangerous curb. No in room instructions on how to get kitchen utensils and the staff didn't mention anything. The TV is very small, but we didn't watch it anyway. The breakfast is measly. Not use to lack of daily maid service.
The staff was awesome, they really meet my every need .
I did not like the configuration of the kitchen, I think it was very awkward,my other issue was the bed it was very uncomfortable for me..but I staped anyway, cause the staff was nice.
There is nothing redeemable about this property at all. You have to see it to believe how terrible it is.
There were 2 of us on a sales trip and asked the home office travel agent to book 2 rooms near the event. So it was booked sight-unseen. Good heavens! This place was filthy, the building is falling apart, very strange people were coming and going all night long - it was quite horrible, but there was nowhere else to go.
Your employees are the best. They are professional, courteous and helpful. The location and employees are the main reason I continue to use Extended Stay.
It is way overpriced. Although I have stayed many times, I am looking for a new place. $80 per night, or more, is crazy, especially when a non-smoking room often smells like smoke.
Was very clean, but not having hairdryers in room is not good. Would have liked a few glasses, etc without having to ask. But overall, not bad.
Workers were nice
The mix up the room not what I wanted
Close to airport, close to mall & restaurants
False fire alarms two times , frig sounded like Boeing engine. Air conditioning difficult, no silverware or plates in room
The local desk staff (and housekeeping) always tried to accommodate any questions we had. I really appreciated The Assistant Manager's help one day I needed to print a document and her name was Rebecca. They staff seemed to operate on their own and evidently had great training.
This is not a complaint---but the FULL occupancy house seemed to consume the large bins of coffee and muffins and ridiculous rates! Upper Corporate management needs to place larger containers out to allow the staff to focus on customers, rather than having to spend every 15 minutes reloading the breakfast cart!
Quite room comfortable
Asked for clean towels and toilet paper never received came before three was told they would call never called went back to room twenty minutes to three would not check on room if it was ready and would not even begin check in until three exactly lady at desk very rude
The room and the WIFI are good.
The breakfast wasn't good enough.
Having to pay for kitchen supplies and coffee pot
I have family in Tacoma and long time friends in Seattle, being right in the middle, it's extremely convenient for me.
I had made a reservation thru Booked.net, when I arrived at the hotel the front desk attendant couldn't find my reservation for either night. Thank goodness I had my conformation printed out or she would have charged me an extra $40 a night. Seriously rethinking re-using Booked.net or staying with this companyhotel again.
The location is centralized in Federal Way so you will not be lacking for food and entertainment. $25 a day to keep your pet in the room seemed like a fair price.
The "breakfast" set out each day left something to be desired... like enough food and drink to make it past the construction crew in the morning. Once it was gone that was it, no refill of the coffee or meager muffin selection. The towels within the room were very old and stained. Cleaning was hit or miss; sometimes they would take our trash and other times not.
That I had to travel back down the stairs to get my kitchen supply... When I felt that should have been given to me upon my arrival or at least ask but once we used the kitchen stuff I washed them and return them and once I got to the front desk she said oh u could have left them in the room I'm just confused on why do we got to ask for them if we can just leave them in the room anyway
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Our room smelled like Comet. Once I took off my shoes I found out why. The carpets had been cleaned and the floor was still wet. Made for a damp stay, thankfully it was only for 1 night. Had we been staying longer I would have asked for a different room with dry floors.
